Thai Yoga Bodywork
What is Thai Yoga Bodywork?

Often called "lazy person's yoga, Thai Yoga Bodywork is an ancient practice that brings the benefits of yoga to you, without you having to do any of the work. Rooted in traditional Thai healing arts and yoga philosophy, this practice combines assisted yoga postures, gentle rhythmic movement, and breathwork to help your body find greater ease, flexibility, and flow.
What are the benefits of Thai Yoga Bodywork?

Physical benefits include increased flexibility and range of motion, relief from chronic tension and stiffness, improved circulation and posture, enhanced athletic recovery, reduced joint pain, and injury prevention.

Mental and emotional benefits include deep stress relief and relaxation, better sleep quality, reduced anxiety, stronger mind-body connection, emotional balance, and renewed energy and vitality.
What should I expect at a Thai Yoga Bodywork session?

You'll lie comfortably on a mat while I use my hands, forearms, and body weight to guide you through assisted yoga postures and stretches. Sessions combine passive stretching, gentle compression, rhythmic movement, and breathwork to help your body naturally release tension.
After your session, you'll feel more flexible and open, deeply relaxed yet energized, with noticeable relief from muscle tension. Many clients describe feeling taller, more aligned, and experience mental clarity and calm.
